America, has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate
our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the

Coloradocontractors.org requires each member to complete a profile in
order to gain access to the "members only" content on the
site. Coloradocontractors.org also uses order forms for all users
to request information for AGC products, meetings, services and
benefits. We collect contact information and demographic information
(e.g. mailing address, e-mail address, interests, or chapter).
This information allows us to provide you with relevant information
regarding the construction industry.
Contact information from the forms is used to ship brochures and other
information about CCA, AGC, CCA products and services, and issues
relevant to the construction industry. Mailing information only is
provided to approved CCA business partners to inform members of discount
opportunities. Phone, fax, and e-mail information is used only by
the CCA. The contact information is also used to get in touch with
the user when necessary for site administration. Your
information will not be sold to any other companies or organizations.
