The Civil Construction Academy is Back!
The Civil Construction Academy is available for enrollment immediately. The
revised program provides NO COST, on-line and in-person training for anyone
wanting to kickstart a new career in construction.
Our revamped curriculum now comprises six comprehensive courses that will
help equip participants for success in civil construction:
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction
- Fundamentals of Slings and Rigging Equipment
- Work Zone Traffic Control
- Stormwater Management
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
- Flagger Certification
Upon completion of all six courses participants will receive a Civil
Construction Academy certificate of completion as well as a $250 voucher to the
Red Wing Boot store.
The majority of the coursework is conveniently self-paced and online,
allowing flexibility for those balancing other commitments. Additionally, there
will be an engaging in-person session that includes hands-on training and a
discussion on the diverse career pathways within civil construction.
