Exhibit Hall
- Stock your trade show booth with people who want to be
there! Outgoing people who are not engaged on their computer or smart phone. In
other words, have booth support there to support and achieve your goals.
- Get engaged with the members. No one can go to a meeting
without walking the Exhibit area.
- Not every exhibitor’s goals are the same. Recognize and
think of how you're are going to achieve goal satisfaction. Perhaps your goal is
to collect 25 business cards and follow up after the Conference. Another
exhibitor may want to reaffirm their current business relationships. And another
may want to introduce their new product or service. It is important to have a
goal and that the people working your booth are working towards that goal.
- Let your customers know you are going to be at the CCA 85th
Annual Conference and to stop by your booth. Do some pre-advertising.
- Be sure to have more than one person at your booth. Or at
the least rotate your booth staff. There are great sessions for everyone at
conference, don’t leave your booth people out of the meetings! The booth pass
allows your staff to attend meetings that are part of the general programming.
- Be sure to have candy or snacks. Your customers enjoy
having a treat
