Expo’s are an expensive investment and we understand that. We’ve identified a few ways to help increase your ROI which we've included in the exhibitor packet.
You will receive a complete registration list before the
conference. This will give you a chance to prepare for your audience by
identifying potential leads. It also allows you to identify current clients you
want to be sure to thank for continued support. Check out
the expo best practices page for more helpful ideas. If a week is just not enough time to do your research, we
are happy to send a list of last year’s attendees upon your request. For the
2018 list, e-mail Kelly at
klehto@ccainfo.org. Additionally, you will receive a
complete list of attendees within two weeks of the Conference wrap up.
Who Should Display
CCA Members with a product or service
to sell to the industry: auctioneers, aggregate producers, accountants, financial groups, equipment sales/rentals,
consultants, software
providers, engineers, contractors and subs, material suppliers, insurance
brokers, truckers and others.
Audience
Attendees will include more than five hundred
infrastructure contractors, estimators,
superintendents; public works officials; consulting engineers; specifications
writers; elected officials;
material suppliers, bankers, consultants and others associated with the heavy /
highway / municipal /
utility industry.
Display Area
Display booths are available but will sell
out. Each booth will be 8’ x 10’
in size and include one table, two chairs, one lined
wastebasket, draping and signage. Draping will mark each booth boundary. See
attached map and booth listing for availability.
Set Up/Tear Down Time
Your booth needs to be set up no
later than 7:00 am on Monday, April 1, 2019 and tear down is by 5:30 pm. You can
setup your booth between 4:00—7:00 pm on Sunday, March 31. Pipe and drape
will be taken down beginning at 5:30 pm. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring
their own hand cart.
Reservations
Reservations will be honored by date of
receipt until all booth space is booked.
Requests must indicate a first, second and third choice by
booth numbers and be accompanied by payment covering booth in full and the
indemnification agreement.
Booths CANNOT BE PUT ON HOLD. You must submit a
registration form. If you do not receive a
confirmation email, you do not have a booth. If you arrive at the event without
a booth confirmation, accommodations cannot be not be made for your company!
Booth listings are published on the website. Booth listings will be are updated
as paperwork is submitted.
